   ARRPI - The Talk like a Pirate translation API

   19th of September is Talk like a Pirate day:

   This API translates text to Pirate speak 
   using Tom Croucher's excellent YQL table:
   http://developer.yahoo.net/blog/archives/2009/09/ahoy_mates_conv.html
   
   Usage: Simply call the ARRPI with a parameter of "text" to translate it 
          to pirate speak.
   
   arrpi.php?text=hello my friend, do you know where I can meet a woman around here?
   
   Parameters:
   
   format - XML or JSON (if not provided the API sends back text)
   callback - callback function for JSON-P usage
   
   Examples:
   
   arrpi.php?text=hello&format=xml
